Working within and alongside communities in Wales over the last 30 years, we are committed to support the people who need it most. We make decisions locally, because we can support communities best by understanding what matters to them most.

The National Lottery Community Fund is delighted to support the Welsh Charity Awards which recognise the vital contribution people and voluntary organisations make to their communities throughout Wales.

We’re especially pleased to support the Young volunteer of the year award. Supporting children and young people has long been at the heart of our work, and this award highlights some of the most inspiring young people who generously give their time to help others and make Wales a better place. It reflects one of our four core missions: We’ll support communities in helping children and young people thrive.
